Senior Barber

About the role

Barbercraft is seeking experienced Senior Barber to join our teams in Highpoint, Shopping Centre , Eastlands Shopping Centre in Ringwood or Westfield Doncaster. There is a full-time, part-time time and casual positions on offer. As a Senior Barber, you will play a crucial role in upholding Barbercraft's reputation for excellence.

What you'll be doing

1. Providing exceptional barbering services including haircuts, shaving, grooming and beard maintenance to a diverse clientele

2. Maintaining meticulous standards of hygiene, sterilisation and health and safety protocols in accordance with industry regulations

3. Managing client relationships and building lasting rapport to encourage repeat custom and loyalty

4. Maintaining an organised and welcoming barbershop environment that reflects Barbercraft's brand value

5. Staying current with contemporary barbering techniques, trends and styles through continued professional development

What we're looking for

1. A minimum of 3 years' professional barbering experience, with proven expertise in traditional and contemporary cutting techniques

1. Strong customer service skills with the ability to build positive relationships and understand client needs

2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to work effectively within a team environment

3. A commitment to maintaining the highest standards of personal presentation and professional conduct

4. Flexibility and reliability, with a willingness to support the broader team objectives

5. Preferred experience in barbershop
