We are a family-owned commercial cleaning company seeking an experienced Casual School Cleaner for a Private co-educational College in the Woombye, Sunshine Coast area to work 20 hours from Monday to Friday. This role will be responsible for a range of cleaning tasks throughout the school year.

Key Duties may include:

  • Cleaning of office areas including facilities & bathrooms

  • Collection of rubbish from allocated waste stationsareas

  • Spot cleaning, including vacuuming, mopping and sweeping

  • Reporting of any maintenance requirements

  • Have a good understanding of the safety chemicals and ensuring safe work practices are maintained

  • Ensuring all equipment is maintained, used and stored correctly

About you:

  • Ability to work from 3:30pm until 7:30pm, up to 5 days a week

  • MUST hold an Australian Business Number (ABN)

  • ABN can be obtained after job offer is made

  • Blue Card (Working with Children Check) or the ability to obtain prior to commencement

  • Blue Card must be held before starting work

  • Must live in the Sunshine Coast area or nearby

  • Full-Working Rights

  • High level of attention to detail

  • The ability to work independently, as well as part of a team

  • School or Commercial cleaning experience desired

We offer:

  • Casual rate -$34 per hour inclusive of Superannuation

  • Paid Weekly

  • All equipment and cleaning products provided and stored on site
