You will be responsible for carrying out works safely, efficiently and in accordance with company procedures, Australian Standards and manufacturer documentation.

  • Maintain high safety standards at all times, including equipment checks and job setup

  • Communicate professionally with team members, supervisors and clients on site

  • Maintain a clean, organised work approach and respect client properties

Required skills and experience

  • IRATA Level 1, 2 or 3 certification

  • Strong understanding of rope access safety principles

  • Ability to follow SOPs, SWMS and site-specific requirements

  • Comfortable using mobile devices for photos and reporting

  • Good communication skills and professional presentation

  • Current driver's licence

  • Construction White Card

  • Minimum 6-12 months experience in rope access work

  • Good level of physical fitness required for rope access operations

Desirable but not essential

  • Height safety inspection or installation experience

  • Trade background such as painting, sealing, construction or horticulture

  • Confined space, EWP or first aid qualifications

  • Experience working on commercial high-rise buildings

What we offer

  • Consistent, well-planned work across quality sites

  • A company that prioritises safety, compliance and quality

  • Clear systems, SOPs and expectations

  • Opportunities to expand skills across multiple service lines

  • Supportive team culture with long-term growth potential

  • Competitive rates based on experience and capability

  • Company car and state of the art equipment

Our expectations

Every technician is responsible for safety, quality and professionalism on site. We expect our team members to take ownership of their work, follow procedures, and represent the company to a high standard at all times.
