About the Role

As our Finance & Insurance Business Manager, you will play a vital role in helping customers bring home their new vehicle while ensuring they receive tailored finance, insurance, and protection solutions that suit their needs.

You'll work closely with our sales team to create a seamless customer journey and contribute to the continued growth and success of Chadstone Hyundai.

Key responsilities

• Present and structure finance and insurance solutions tailored to customer needs

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience built on trust, transparency, and professionalism

• Build strong relationships with customers and lending partners

• Achieve performance targets while maintaining a customer-first approach

• Ensure compliance and best-practice standards are maintained at all times

• Collaborate with the sales team to create a smooth and enjoyable vehicle purchasing experience

About You

You will have:

• Previous Finance & Insurance experience (preferred but not essential for the right candidate)
