We are looking for a passionate and reliable Full-Time Baker to join our busy bakery. If you enjoy creating fresh breads, pastries, cakes, and baked goods while working in a friendly team environment, we would love to hear from you.

Position: Full-Time Baker
Location: [Paynesville Bakery ]
Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and bake breads, pastries, cakes, and other bakery products.

  • Follow recipes and quality standards consistently.

  • Monitor baking times, temperatures, and product quality.

  • Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in the bakery.

  • Manage inventory and assist with stock rotation.

  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a baker preferred.

  • Must have Certificate iii and Certificate IV in Baking, pastry or similar.

  • Knowledge of baking techniques and food safety practices.

  • Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and public holidays as required.

  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
