• Experienced Restoration Technicians ready to hit the ground running, and

• Skilled Labourers wanting to learn the ropes and train into a certified trade.

We specialise in water damage restoration, mould remediation, fire and smoke remediation and storm recovery. We work along with insurance companies, builders, and private clients. No two days are the same, and you’ll be part of a supportive, high-performing team.

For Skilled Labourers (Entry-Level):

• Work alongside experienced technicians from day one

• Learn the full restoration process – from equipment setup to customer handover

• Gain skills in water extraction, drying, specialised cleaning, and damage assessment

• Progress to a qualified Restoration Technician with your own van and equipment

What you’ll need:

• Hands-on work experience (construction, carpentry, or similar)

• Ability to work efficiently and effectively, both independently and as part of a team

• Good communication and customer service skills

• Driver’s licence and reliable transport

• Physical fitness and a great work ethic

• Reliability, punctuality, and willingness to learn

For Experienced Restoration Technicians:

• Take on water, fire, mould, and storm restoration jobs from start to finish

• Use specialist drying and cleaning equipment

• Conduct inspections, moisture readings, and detailed reporting

• Liaise with clients, insurance companies, and builders

• Potential to take on leadership responsibilities

What you’ll need:

• Proven experience in restoration (water, fire, mould, or related)

• IICRC or other restoration qualifications (highly regarded)

• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• A current driver's licence
