Environmental & Civil Labourer | Immediate Start | $37ph + Travel

We're currently seeking experienced Environmental & Civil Labourers for immediate, ongoing work across Melbourne. You'll be working alongside a well-established environmental services contractor on a variety of hands-on, fast-paced projects — think stormwater infrastructure, drain and pipeline maintenance, hydro excavation support, and civil construction works across metropolitan and growth corridor sites.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Supporting hydro excavation and non-destructive digging (NDD) operations
• Assisting with drain, pit, pipe and culvert cleaning works
• GPT and stormwater asset maintenance
• General labouring duties on environmental and civil construction sites
• Safe movement and handling of materials and equipment
• Site setup, housekeeping and strip-outs
• Working alongside operators and tradespeople to get the job done

What You'll Need:

• Minimum 2 years of civil construction or environmental labouring experience
• White Card (Construction Induction Card) — essential
• Valid driver's licence — essential
• Own reliable transport to and from site — essential
• Own PPE
• Physically fit, safety-focused, and able to take direction
• Reliable — this role requires consistent attendance

Highly Desirable:

• MR (Medium Rigid) truck licence
• Electrical Spotter's Certificate
• Experience with environmental, utilities or drainage works

• $21.94 daily travel allowance
