Spartan Double Glazing is not your average window company. We are a precision-focused, interstate manufacturer and installer setting the new standard for uPVC windows and doors across Australia.

We don’t just "fit windows." We run a manufacturing production line at the client's home. We are looking for Installers, Carpenters, and Glaziers who are tired of chaotic worksites and want to work for a company that rewards discipline.

Site Glazing Model (Lighter Work): Unlike other double-glazing companies, we glaze on-site. This means you are installing lighter frames without the glass weight, saving your back and reducing breakage.

The Best Systems: No scribbled notes. You get a "Job Pack" for every install. We use tablets and the Ascora App to manage jobs digitally.

Top-Tier Product: Work with high-quality uPVC systems that fit perfectly. We use a 100% Steel Reinforcement rule, meaning you aren’t installing flimsy frames.

THE ROLE

Working in elite residential teams, you will execute our 15-Step Installation Protocol:

Demolition: Careful removal of old timber/aluminium frames (minimal damage).

Installation: Fitting premium uPVC frames (Plumb, Level, Square).

Site Glazing: You will be glazing frames on-site. You must understand (or be willing to learn) proper "Toe & Heel" packing to ensure sashes never drop.

The "White Glove" Finish: Installing timber reveals, architraves, and silicone sealing to a perfectionist standard.

Digital Handshakes: Uploading "Pre-Start" and "Completion" photos to the app to sign off the job.

ABOUT YOU

Trade Experience: Background in Carpentry, Joinery, or Glazing. (uPVC experience is a bonus, but we train the right attitude).

The "5S" Mindset: You hate mess. You understand that "Clean is Inspection." You treat a client's home with respect.

Tools & Van: Own reliable vehicle and some basic power tools (We will supply tools if required/Vehicle provided within 3 months of proven work ethic)

Licenses: White Card, Drivers License, and Police Check.

Reliability: If you say you’ll be there at 7:00AM, you are there on time or 15 minutes.
