Village Garden and Maintenance Team Member

We are currently seeking an exceptional Village Garden and Maintenance Team Member to join our team, working at Tuart Lakes Lifestyle Resort in the Baldivis area. We are a dynamic company that has a passion for developing and operating land lease lifestyle communities. With over 20 villages across Australia, our vision is to provide affordable resort living in a safe community of like-minded people. 

To be successful in this role you will be required to demonstrate the following:

• Previous experience, skills and knowledge in grounds, garden and facilities maintenance (desirable)

• Exceptional organisational skills

• Friendly, respectful and clear communication with homeowners, team members and managers

• A highly motivated self-starter who works effectively and collaboratively with other team members and management

• Previous maintenance experience in a lifestyle village/caravan park/retirement village will be highly regarded

• Reliable and punctual, ready to show up consistently for your fellow teammates

• Ability to complete tasks effectively, efficiently and have the initiative to proactively identify maintenance needs

• Report risks and hazards in the workplace to ensure a safe environment and culture

 Essential Role Requirements:

• Current driver's licence

• The successful candidate will be required to undergo a National Police Check Clearance as a condition of employment

Desirable

• Tertiary qualifications in Horticulture (Cert II or III), or Land Care equivalent, would be advantageous
