Brisbane Auto Group is looking for an experienced Administration Clerk with accounting knowledge to join the team on a Part Time Basis. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate good work ethics, attention to detail, be a team player and be able to work well under pressure.
In this position you will be responsible for providing clerical, accounts-related and administrative support to the Administration Department.

Duties Include;
Deal Processing
Data Entry
Vehicle In Stocking
Invoicing
Accounts Payable functions
Bank Statement processing & reconciliations
Banking and handling petty cash
Qld Transport acquisitions and disposals
Schedule Reconciliations
Knowledge of Pentana/ERA software is desirable but not essential.
QLD Transport Registration accreditation desirable but not essential
Dealership experiance an advantage
Full training provided
