Due to continued growth, we are seeking motivated and reliable Production Assembly Team Members to join our manufacturing team.

About the Role

This is a hands on position where you'll work alongside a skilled team building premium off-road caravans from the ground up. You'll be involved in various stages of the production process and take pride in producing high quality Australian made caravans.

Key responsibilities may include:

• Floor Installation

• Aluminium Frame Construction

• Building

• Assembly & Fit-Out

• Building CNC Furniture

• Fitting Windows, Doors and External Accessories

• Using Hand & Power Tools

• Quality Checking Completed Work

• Maintaining a Clean and Safe Work Environment

• Working Collaboratively To Meet Production Targets

What We're Looking For

• Positive Attitude & Strong Work Ethic

• Reliable, Punctual and Motivated

• Good Attention to Detail

• Ability to Work Well Within a Team

• Experience Using Hand and Power Tools

• Previous Experience In Manufacturing, Assembly, Cabinet Making, Carpentry, Automotive, RV or Related Trades Are Highly Regarded But Not Essential
