Construction & Maintenance Technicians - Water Industry

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver construction and maintenance works to a high standard.

• Carry out hands-on work including roofing, structural repairs, installation, and asset maintenance.

• Comply with all requirements relating to Quality, Safety and Environment and company policies.

Typical Daily Tasks

• Coating, pressure washing, and surface preparation.

• Roofing & Re-sheeting, roof remediation, and structural repairs.

• Concrete works ie crack and spalling repairs, joint sealing and general labouring duties relevant to water reservoir works.

• Pipework installation and other works associated with reservoir refurbishment and maintenance.

 What We Are Looking For

• Strong technical knowledge of construction methods, materials, and asset maintenance.

• Commitment to safety, compliance, and quality workmanship.

• Confined Space and Working at Heights qualifications (or willingness to obtain).

• Current First Aid Certificate and CPR.

• High Risk Tickets (eg. EWP, Scaffolding, Forklift).

• Construction Card.

• Driver's license.

• A proactive, can-do attitude and pride in delivering a job well done.

• Willingness to embrace the mission and core values of the business.
