Area Manager

Cleanstate Commercial Cleaning is an expanding family owned business operating out of Brisbane for over 17 years.

A challenging role is currently available for a highly motivated person to assist in the continued growth of the company.  We want someone who is hands on and looking for a stable career and future, who may be looking to go to the next level in the industry.

The successful candidate will have a cleaning industry background with experience in managing & coordinating cleaning activities over a wide range of sites. 

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

To be successful in this position you must - 

• Be able to work autonomously and as part of a team

• Demonstrate an excellent knowledge of all aspects of cleaning

• Experienced in new client start-ups

• Be able to organise and direct other people

• Recruit, train and supervise new cleaners/contractors on site

• Have past experience in building and maintaining good relations with both internal and external stakeholders

• Customer focused & have good customer service skills

• Able to maintain appropriate records & computer literate

• Possess a current drivers license

• Must have or be able to obtain a blue card

• Excellent interpersonal skills

• Proactive with a solution focused attitude

• Willing to lead by example
