We are seeking an exceptional professional nanny to become an important and valued part of our busy family.

This is a rare opportunity for an experienced career nanny who is passionate about early childhood development and is looking for a long-term position with a family who genuinely values professionalism, initiative, and the important role a nanny plays in a child's life.

Our daughter is an energetic, curious, and happy 18-month-old who loves exploring the world around her. We are looking for someone who will help us nurture her development, encourage her growing independence, and create engaging experiences that support learning through play, exploration, creativity, and adventure.

We are seeking a nanny who understands the importance of the toddler years and can provide a balance of warmth, structure, education, and fun while supporting key developmental milestones.

Hours

• Monday to Friday

• 8:30am – 5:30pm

• Flexibility appreciated from time to time to accommodate family commitments and occasional schedule changes

• Long-term position with stability and consistency

The Role

You will be responsible for creating a safe, loving, and stimulating environment while supporting our daughter's daily routines and developmental milestones.

Responsibilities include:

• Planning engaging age-appropriate activities and learning experiences

• Supporting language, social, emotional, and physical development

• Attending swimming, music, library, and community activities

• Organising outings to parks, beaches, playgrounds, and other enriching experiences

• Preparing healthy meals and snacks for our daughter

• Managing child-related laundry and maintaining organised play and learning spaces

• Working collaboratively with parents regarding routines and developmental goals

• Providing occasional flexibility when required

About You

We are looking for a genuine career nanny who:

• Has significant nannying or early childhood experience

• Holds a current Working With Children Check

• Holds current First Aid and CPR qualifications

• Has excellent references from previous families

• Is warm, nurturing, energetic, and highly reliable

• Is proactive, organised, and able to work independently

• Has a strong understanding of child development

• Takes pride in creating meaningful and enriching experiences for children

• Holds a driver's licence and is comfortable transporting children (preferred)
