Iron Mine Contracting (IMC) is a Western Australian civil and mining contractor delivering end‑to‑end mining and civil solutions across some of the most remote sites in the state. Since 2013, we have successfully delivered major projects for Tier 1 clients and continue to expand our footprint across WA.
As part of the Mt Holland Project ramp‑up, IMC is entering an exciting phase of growth and is seeking experienced Servicepersons to join our team.

About the Role
With mobilisation underway for the Mt Holland ramp‑up, IMC is seeking multiple Servicepersons to support our growing operations.
These are permanent full‑time FIFO roles, operating on a 2:1 roster (day and night shift), with flights ex‑Perth.
You will play a critical role in supporting site operations by ensuring equipment is maintained and serviced safely, efficiently, and in line with IMC standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Carrying out routine servicing of mobile plant and equipment
- Checking and changing oils
- Replacing filters
- Refuelling equipment
- Assisting HD Fitters with maintenance tasks in the workshop
- Completing general workshop and warehouse duties as required
- Demonstrated experience in a similar Serviceperson role
- Sound mechanical knowledge and hands‑on maintenance skills
- Flexibility and willingness to assist across workshop and warehouse activities
- Strong commitment to safety and compliance with IMC policies and procedures
- White Card
- HR Licence (essential)
- National Police Clearance (issued within the last 6 months)
- Ability to pass a pre‑employment medical, including drug & alcohol screening
