Torque Toyota North Lakes are seeking a Customer Service Consultant to join our Business Development Centre (BDC) team. This opportunity is for an initial contract until December 2026, to cover parental leave with potential for extension.

Our BDC looks after all of the inbound and outbound communications for the service department. The team is responsible for booking our guests in for their appointments and providing assistance via phone and email for all service-related queries.

The BDC also helps look after our database. Keeping the quality and integrity of our database to the highest standard is one of our biggest priorities. Your attention to detail and drive for excellence should be second to none.

About you:

  • Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel competency

  • Minimum 1 year experience in customer service or call centre work

  • Basic data entry level Microsoft Excel competency required

  • Australian citizenship required for this position
