📣 Join Our Team – 2IC / Working Supervisor (Bundaberg Region)

CMBM Facility Services is a well-established, Queensland-owned company experiencing strong growth across the state. We deliver high-quality commercial cleaning and facility services to a diverse range of clients.

As we continue to expand, we’re seeking a reliable and motivated 2IC / Working Supervisor to support our Bundaberg operations.

This is a hands-on cleaning and operations role with the opportunity to progress into a full Supervisor position as the business continues to grow.

📍 Location Coverage
The role services the wider Bundaberg region, including:
• Bundaberg
• Bargara
• Childers
• Woodgate
• Gin Gin

⏰ Hours of Work
• Approximately 30 hours per week initially
• Opportunity to progress to full-time employment after the first month or two
• Monday, Wednesday & Friday – 6:00am starts (7.6-hour days)
• Tuesday & Thursday – afternoon starts (approximately 5-hour shifts)
• No regular weekend work
• During peak periods, approximately one Saturday per month (2.5 hours) may be required

🧹 Key Responsibilities
• Cleaning amenities and public facilities
• BBQ cleaning and maintenance
• Office cleaning
• General cleaning and operational duties
• Providing staff coverage when required
• Working across multiple sites and service areas
• Supporting the Supervisor with day-to-day operations

✅ What You'll Need
• Current Driver Licence (automatic licence acceptable)
• Current Police Check, or willingness to obtain one
• Current Blue Card (Working with Children Check), or willingness to obtain one
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A positive attitude and willingness to support others

⭐ Desirable Qualifications & Experience
• Certificate III in Cleaning Operations
• Previous commercial cleaning experience
• Leadership or supervisory experience
