HV Electrical Supervisor- Regans Ford

Workfast is searching on behalf of their client for an experienced Electrical Supervisor to lead HV installation works on a major transmission project at Regans Ford,WA

This is a site-based role on a 2:1 DIDO roster, working on large-scale infrastructure projects with a strong pipeline of ongoing work for the future.

The role:

• Secure role on a major long-term projects
• 2:1 roster with 11.5 hour days (consistent hours)
• Salary: $200,000+ per annum (for the right candidate)
• $80 allowance (per day)
• Ute Available for use

Your responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):

• Supervise installation of HV primary plant, including transformers, breakers, isolators, CTs, VTs & busbars
• Lead crews across substation construction and commissioning activities
• Oversee protection systems, testing, and fault-finding
• Manage SCADA integration and communications interfaces
• Ensure all LV systems and auxiliary installations meet compliance standards
• Drive site safety, QA and adherence to AS/NZS standards
• Coordinate with project teams to deliver works on time and within scope

  
 Successful candidates will have:

• Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor on HV or substation projects
• Strong background in primary plant installation and commissioning
• Knowledge of protection, SCADA and communications systems
• Ability to lead crews and manage site delivery in a high-pressure environment
• WA Electrical Licence 
• White Card
• Working at Heights
• Confined Spaces & Gas Test Atmosphere
• Ability to pass pre-employment medicals (including drug & alcohol testing)
• National Police Clearance (highly regarded)
• Experience on Western Power projects/Western Power Inductions (highly regarded)
