We are looking for an exceptional Treatment Coordinator / Patient Concierge who combines genuine care for people with outstanding sales and relationship-building skills.

This is not a traditional dental reception role.

About the Role

Many of our patients have lived for years with missing teeth, embarrassment, discomfort, and declining confidence.

Your role is to guide them through one of the most important health decisions of their lives.

You will:

• Meet with patients following consultations

• Build genuine rapport and understand their goals and concerns

• Present treatment plans and payment options confidently

• Follow up with prospective patients and nurture relationships

• Help patients move forward with life-changing treatment

• Work closely with our dentists and clinical team

• Track and manage leads through our patient journey process

• Help achieve practice growth targets through exceptional patient care

Who You'll Be Helping

Our patients are often considering:

• Full-mouth dental implant solutions

• All-on-X treatments

• Cosmetic smile makeovers

• Complex restorative dentistry

• Long-term oral health solutions

Treatment plans can range from several thousand dollars to over $50,000, requiring empathy, confidence, professionalism, and exceptional communication skills.
