Laser skin therapist

Sydney Aesthetic Lounge is an established and growing cosmetic clinic located in Smithfield, NSW. Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced, confident and passionate Laser & Skin Therapist to join our team.

This position is ideal for someone who genuinely loves helping clients achieve results, enjoys building long-term client relationships and thrives in a busy clinic environment.

About the Role

• Part-time position (2-3 days per week)

• Opportunity for additional hours and career growth

• Must be available for one late night per week

• Working independently within a busy clinic

• Performing advanced laser and skin treatments

• Conducting consultations and creating treatment plans

• Maintaining exceptional client care and clinic standards

Treatments Performed

The successful applicant must have experience in:

• Candela Alexandrite Laser Hair Removal

• Tattoo Removal

• Pigment Removal

• Carbon Facials

• Hydrafacial Treatments

• Microdermabrasion

• Chemical Peels

• LED Treatments

• Client Consultations and Treatment Planning

Applicants must have experience in most of the above treatments to be considered for this position.

About You

• Minimum 3 years industry experience

• Confident working independently

• Experience using Candela Alexandrite laser technology

• Strong consultation and sales skills

• Friendly, bubbly and professional personality

• Well presented with excellent communication skills

• Passionate about delivering outstanding client results

• Reliable, trustworthy and motivated

• Ability to build strong client relationships and encourage repeat bookings

• Diploma in Beauty Therapy qualification required

• Australian citizenship is required for this position
