Have you been working in a Mining, Industrial or Automotive supply house and want to stretch your wings and broaden your responsibilities?

We are seeking candidates with a minimum of 3-5 years' experience in purchasing and procurement roles.

We are a privately owned family company and provide the appropriate flexibility for our Team.

We are based South of the River in the Bibra Lake area. Workforce of twenty skilled Trades, Engineers and Support staff.

We build sophisticated machines for export World-wide and have an enviable reputation for quality and reliability.

You will have authority to make all the decisions relating to purchasing, scheduling, storing, issuing and the quality of the various inputs, which are mainly: mechanical/electrical/electronic componentry.

This is a hybrid position encompassing all facets of the Supply role. You will be solely responsible for:

1. Scheduling, what do we need and when?

2. Purchasing, who is the best Supplier and what is their price? Mostly repeat orders.

3. Stores Management, stock location, stock picking and issuing to Work Centres.

4. Minimum 1-3 years' experience in stores and warehouse management operations is required.

5. Production Control, sequence of raising Job Orders and issuing material.

6. Quality Control, issuing drawings and specifications to Suppliers – incoming goods QC.

7. Computer literacy, including Office suite, ERP systems, Inventory systems/Bar coding.

8. Intermediate level proficiency with ERP systems is essential for this role.

9. A Forklift licence would be of benefit.

10. Great memory for part numbers.

11. Energetic team player.
