About the role

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Automotive Technician to join the team. This is a full-time position based in Yeerongpilly, QLD 4105. As an Automotive Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and repairing vehicles to the highest standards, ensuring our customers receive reliable and professional service. Your expertise will be essential in diagnosing mechanical issues, performing repairs, and conducting routine maintenance on a variety of vehicles.

What you'll be doing

1. Diagnosing vehicle faults using diagnostic equipment and technical knowledge to identify mechanical and electrical issues

2. Performing routine maintenance services and repairs.

What we're looking for

1. A recognised automotive trade qualification or equivalent hands-on experience in automotive repair and maintenance

2. Proven experience as an Automotive Technician in a professional workshop environment

3. Strong knowledge of vehicle systems, including mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic components

4. Proficiency in using diagnostic equipment and computer-based vehicle management systems

5. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work methodically and efficiently

6. A valid driver's licence and reliable transport to the workplace

7. Preferred experience with modern vehicle technologies and experience in a busy workshop setting
