Wayville Hyundai & Genesis Wayville are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our high-performing team.

As the face of our Service Department, you'll play a key role in creating an outstanding customer experience, guiding guests through their service journey from arrival to vehicle handover. Working across both Hyundai and the prestigious Genesis brand, you'll have the opportunity to represent two of the automotive industry's most exciting and innovative brands.

What You'll Be Doing

• Welcoming guests and assisting with service bookings and enquiries

• Preparing repair orders and clearly explaining service recommendations

• Keeping customers informed throughout the service process

• Working closely with our workshop team to ensure efficient daily operations

• Identifying opportunities for additional maintenance and repair work while ensuring customer authorisation

• Contributing to customer satisfaction, team success, and dealership performance

What We're Looking For

✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

✔ Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

✔ Professional presentation and attention to detail

✔ A positive attitude and commitment to customer service excellence

✔ Previous automotive industry experience is highly regarded but not essential

✔ Full Australian working rights
