The Role

As Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for driving sales performance, developing your team, managing profitability, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Working alongside an experienced leadership team, you’ll play a key role in continuing the dealership’s growth trajectory while building a positive, high-performance culture.

Your Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach and inspire a successful sales team

  • Drive retail sales volume, profitability and customer satisfaction

  • Assist with customer negotiations and deal structuring

  • Manage vehicle inventory, stock ageing and ordering

  • Monitor and improve key sales KPIs

  • Recruit, train and develop future sales talent

  • Work closely with Finance, Aftersales and Marketing teams

  • Maintain strong manufacturer and industry relationships

  • Ensure showroom presentation and customer experience standards are maintained
