About the opportunity

Want the freedom to run your own business while delivering great customer experiences every day?

Winning Services is looking for MR Owner Drivers to join our team at our Fyshwick, ACT Distribution Centre. As an independent contractor, you’ll be the friendly face delivering new appliances, installing with care, and leaving customers smiling.

What you’ll be doing 

• Collecting pre-staged loads from our warehouse
• Delivering, installing and setting up appliances in customer homes
• Removing old appliances and packaging (we handle the recycling)
• Using our delivery app to manage runs and keep customers informed
• Demonstrating products and resolving basic setup issues after training

What you’ll need

• Your own modern 5–6 tonne MR pantech with tail lift
• Pty Ltd business with public liability and marine cargo insurance
• A reliable offsider
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude
• Punctual, self-motivated, and comfortable with heavy/bulky deliveries
