Job description:

The Opportunity:

This is a rare opportunity to step into a leadership role with one of the world's most respected OEMs. As the PM Service Supervisor, you'll lead a team of 11 technicians and 4 office‑based schedulers/support staff, driving the performance, growth and customer experience of our Preventive Maintenance service offering across the South East Region.

You'll manage day‑to‑day operations, support your team, and play a key role in delivering our strategic growth target of increasing PM market share by 10% year‑on‑year. This role is perfect for someone energetic, customer‑focused and ready to take the next step in their leadership career.

Role Located: Fairfield, NSW or Campbellfield, Victoria

What we are looking for:

  • Experience leading teams in service, operations, automotive, earthmoving or related industries
  • Strong customer service capability and a proactive mindset
  • Ability to motivate, coach and support a diverse team
  • Comfortable managing KPIs, WIP, scheduling and operational performance
  • Energetic, solutions‑focused and ready for a challenge
  • Trade background or technical knowledge desirable but not essential
  • Experience with systems such as SAP or OneView beneficial
