We are currently seeking an experienced and driven National Account Manager to take ownership of our Air-Weigh weight scale division.

Job Description

This is a diverse, hands-on role combining account management, customer service, and operational coordination. You will be responsible for managing key accounts, driving sales growth, and overseeing the administration and delivery of Air-Weigh scale solutions across Australia.

You will act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring seamless coordination of installations, maintaining strong relationships, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow national accounts within the Air-Weigh division
• Drive sales and identify new business opportunities
• Act as the key customer contact, managing enquiries and ongoing relationships
• Coordinate installations with contractors and service providers
• Oversee end-to-end administration, ensuring accuracy of documentation
• Collaborate with internal teams to support sales and operational outcomes
• Maintain high service standards and customer satisfaction
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards

Qualifications

Highly regarded (but not essential):

• Experience in the transport or automotive electrical industry
• Experience working with contractors or external service providers
• Knowledge of electrical wiring, OBM systems, or related regulation
