SPRAY OPERATIVE / TRUCK DRIVER - LOCAL & AWAY WORK

KEE Surfacing, our largest division, is known for its superior spray seal, profiling, and asphalt crews, and has built the reputation as the industry’s best in WA. Due to continued success and rapid growth, our business has opportunities for reliable, experienced, and enthusiastic personnel to join our team.

The Role/Responsibilities:

  • Permanent, full-time role, working closely within our Spray Seal team

  • Operate all equipment and machinery associated with Spray Seal production (trucks, loaders, rollers, pre-coater,…) for day or night works supply, depending on project needs

  • Performing general civil laboring duties 

  • Manage daily prestart and other activities, ensure all equipment is kept clean and in good working condition, and ensure paperwork is handed in daily

  • Have the highest dedication to safe work practices in line with the OHS legislation and our procedures and policies, ensuring the workplace is both safe for the public, and work colleagues, and ensure all work is of high quality for clients

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum HR Truck License (essential)

  • Willingness to learn and positive attitude

  • Physical Fitness 

  • Availability for ad hoc weekend work and work away

  • A strong ‘team player’ with the proven positive attitude to work well with others
