About the Role
Reporting to the Shift Supervisor, we have several vacancies for Cold Stores Labourers to join our team in a full-time capacity. This is an excellent opportunity to join a company that is leading the way in the meat industry.

We have the option of 3 different shift times:

Day Shift - 6am to 2pm
Afternoon Shift - 2pm to 10pm
Night Shift - 10pm to 6am

About You

Must have Australian working rights
Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Reliable and punctual
Strong attention to detail
Sound numerical skills
Physically fit (manual labour is required)
Ability to work in cold temperatures for extended periods
Ability to comply with company policies and procedures
Flexibility with hours including availability to work overtime as required

Strategically located in Hemmant near the Port of Brisbane, the JBS Cold Store facility receives a high volume of truck and container loads of product from all the JBS sites around Australia, which are then re-loaded for our domestic and international customer orders and readied for transport. Our Hemmant facility employs approximately 140 team members, operating 5 days per week.
