Sunshine Toyota is seeking an enthusiastic and driven Entry Level Sales Consultant to join our team in Currimundi, Queensland. As an Entry Level Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and helping our customers find the perfect vehicle to meet their needs. What we're looking for

1. Passion for the automotive industry and a genuine interest in helping customers

2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and handle rejection

3. Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills

4. A positive, customer-centric attitude and the ability to work in a team

5. Willingness to learn and develop new skills

6. Previous sales experience or education in a related field would be an advantage

7. Australian work rights are required for this position

8. Unrestricted Open Driver Licence with a clean driving record

What you'll be doing

1. Engaging with customers to understand their requirements and preferences

2. Demonstrating and test-driving vehicles to showcase their features and capabilities

3. Providing detailed information about vehicle specifications, pricing, and financing options

4. Closing sales by guiding customers through the purchase process

5. Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities

6. Collaborating with the wider sales team to achieve individual and team targets

7. Continuously expanding your product knowledge to provide the best advice to customers
