Customer Service Representative - Hertz Car & Truck Rental

DK Thompson Partnership as been in operation for over 27 years and proudly operates Hertz & Thrifty brands across locations in Sydney & the Hunter Valley.

FULL TIME AND CASUAL POSITIONS AVAILABLE 

What is this role all about?

You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our customers to ensure the continued growth and profitability. You will be required to work at any of our Western Sydney locations (Penrith, Castle Hill, Bankstown, Fivedock and Parramatta)

In this role you will:

• Create a positive customer experience

• Complete rental and return transactions efficiently and accurately

• Provide accurate information

• Sell Hertz & Thrifty rental options to our valued customers

• Ensure overall customer satisfaction by resolving issues

• Administration duties

• Handling incoming and outgoing phone calls

• Have the ability to clean and transport vehicles when needed.

What do we need from you?

To be successful in this position, our new team member will be able to demonstrate the following:

• Previous experience in customer service or sales

• Strong leadership and decision-making skills

• Ability to work alone and as part of a team

• Attention to detail

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Computer and keyboard skills are essential

• Flexibility of working hours across 7 days Mon to Sun.

• You must hold a current NSW driver's license

• Ability to travel and work at any of DK Thompson Partnership HERTZ locations

• Be willing to undergo a National Police Check at our cost.

Experience in Rental Car Industry would be an advantage.
