Spa Therapist

We are seeking passionate Spa Therapists to join our growing team at Ardour Milton Park Bowral and Èliva Spa.

Ardour Milton Park Bowral, the flagship property in our new Ardour Hotels & Estates collection, has recently reopened following an extensive transformation, including the launch of the beautifully renewed Èliva Spa. The spa experience is centred around luxurious treatments featuring Omorovicza products, bringing a refined and results-driven wellness offering to our guests.

Nestled within a secluded hilltop woodland just under two hours from Sydney, Ardour Milton Park Bowral is a luxury escape like no other. Our 44-room heritage estate features an adjoining wellness spa, two exceptional dining experiences, and a dedicated events pavilion, all set across 32 acres of manicured gardens and rolling lawns.

The role and key duties

• Curate an unforgettable and bespoke experience for our guests from start to finish;

• Deliver onsite a range of treatments including body treatments, facials, massages & hair treatments to our guests in our well-appointed luxury treatment rooms;

• Provide a high level of personalised guest service & offer a relaxing experience;

• Provide recommendations and upsell retail products to guests;

• Keep the spa operations running smoothly & clean all areas of the spa after use.

Essential Criteria required to be considered

• Certificate IV in Beauty Therapy or higher (essential);

• Minimum 1-2 years' experience as a massage and spa therapist;

• Strong knowledge of wellbeing, skin and wellness products with ability to guide and educate our guests; 

• Ability and willingness to commence work on a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays;

• Reliable transport to get to and from the retreat;

• Be located close to our retreat or be willing to relocate.
