As our skin division continues to grow, we're looking for an experienced Advanced Skin Therapist to become a key part of this exciting chapter.

About The Role

Working approximately 20–24 hours per week across 3 days (including Thursday evenings and Saturdays), you'll play an important role in helping clients achieve healthier, stronger, more confident skin.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Skin analysis, consultations and treatment planning

• Facials and Clinical Peel

• Dermaplaning

• LED Light Therapy (specifically Medilux)

• Skin Needling

• Home care recommendations and retail prescription

• Brow Sculpting with Hard and Soft Wax

• Maintaining exceptional treatment room standards and client experiences

You'll work closely with our team to create personalised treatment journeys that deliver real results while building long-term client relationships.

You take pride in your professionalism, communicate confidently and understand that exceptional client experiences extend far beyond the treatment bed.

Most importantly, you're looking for a long-term professional home where your expertise is valued, your growth is supported and your contribution genuinely matters.

Candidates must hold valid Australian work authorisation, including citizenship, permanent residency, or appropriate work visa.

We'd Love To Meet You If You Have:

• Diploma of Beauty Therapy, Advanced Diploma of Cosmetic Dermal Science and/or Bachelor of Dermal Science

• Minimum 2 years in salon experience performing advanced skin treatments

• Experience conducting skin consultations and prescribing treatment plans

• Experience with skin needling, dermaplaning and clinical peels

• Confidence recommending home care products and treatment pathways

• At least 12 months experience performing brow services

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• A genuine passion for continued education and professional development

Experience with medical-grade skincare brands such as Ultraceuticals, Synergie Skin or similar is highly regarded.
