We are seeking an experienced Group Parts Manager to lead our Parts Department and drive performance across our multi-franchise operation.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced automotive parts leader to take ownership of a high-performing department within a large and diverse dealership environment.

Reporting to the Group Aftersales Manager, you will lead a capable team while driving sales performance, inventory management, operational excellence and customer satisfaction outcomes.

Your responsibilities will include:

Leading and developing the Parts team
Driving departmental sales, gross profit and inventory performance
Managing stock control, ordering and inventory optimisation
Supporting service operations across multiple brands
Building strong relationships with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders
Implementing continuous improvement initiatives across departmental operations

About You

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:

Significant experience in automotive parts operations
Previous Parts Manager, Assistant Parts Manager or senior leadership experience
Strong commercial and business acumen
Proven ability to lead and develop teams
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Strong inventory management capability
Experience using dealership management systems
A current driver's licence

Willingness to complete a National Police Check (company provided)
