About the Role

We're seeking an experienced General Plumber to work across a variety of residential maintenance, repair, and installation projects throughout Melbourne.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys problem-solving, takes pride in their workmanship, and can work independently while delivering a high level of service to customers.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out plumbing maintenance, repairs, and installations
Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing faults and issues
Attend residential maintenance and reactive service jobs
Complete work safely, efficiently, and to a high standard
Communicate professionally with customers, tenants, and property managers
Maintain accurate job notes, photos, and documentation
Identify and report additional works where required
Follow company procedures and safety requirements

About You

Previous experience in plumbing maintenance and repairs
Strong knowledge of residential plumbing systems
Ability to diagnose and resolve plumbing issues efficiently
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Reliable, organised, and proactive approach to work
Ability to work independently and manage your day effectively
Current Victorian Driver's Licence
