Job Description

Based in Geelong Victoria, Thornton Engineering is seeking experienced Pressure Welders at their Corio VIC.   Successful candidates will need to undertake and possess:

  • Perform complex mechanical installations per engineering direction.
  • Read and comprehends construction drawings and specifications.
  • Lay out and installs piping, equipment, and other mechanical systems in compliance with construction drawings and specifications.
  • Weld and repair pressure vessels and pipes to relevant standards.

Qualification and Skills:

  • Certificate III in Engineering -Fabrication Trade or related
  • Ideally have a minimum of two years’ experience
