Outside Developments is seeking a skilled and reliable Wall and Floor Tiler to join our growing team in South Australia. The successful applicant will be responsible for carrying out high-quality tiling work across residential and commercial development projects while ensuring compliance with building standards and safety requirements.

Task & responsibilities
- Preparing wall and floor surfaces for tiling by removing old tiles, filling holes, and ensuring surfaces are level.
- Measuring and marking surfaces to determine tile layout and positioning.
- Cutting, shaping, and laying ceramic, porcelain, marble, granite, and other tiles.
- Applying adhesives, grout, and sealants to ensure a professional finish.
- Installing wall and floor tiles in bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, and outdoor spaces.
- Carrying out waterproofing preparation and ensuring compliance with construction requirements.
- Repairing and replacing damaged or broken tiles when required.
- Reading and interpreting plans, drawings, and specifications.
- Maintaining a safe and clean work environment in accordance with workplace health and safety requirements.
- Working closely with project managers, site supervisors, and other trades to ensure timely project completion.
Qualification & experience
- Relevant trade qualification and equivalent industry experience of at least 2 years.
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
- Strong attention to detail and high-quality workmanship.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of workplace health and safety requirements.
- Understanding of workplace health and safety
- Physically fit and capable of performing manual handling tasks associated with the role.
- Experience working with ceramic, porcelain, stone, marble, and mosaic tiles.
