Beauty Therapist

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Consulting with clients to assess skin conditions, beauty needs, and suitable treatment options.
• Providing professional beauty services including waxing, threading, tinting, eyelash extensions, lash lifts, spray tanning, brow lamination, and body sugaring.
• Performing brow shaping, eyebrow tinting, and facial threading services to a high professional standard.
• Delivering relaxing facial treatments, skincare therapies, and massage services.
• Recommending suitable skincare and beauty products based on client requirements.
• Building strong client relationships through exceptional customer service and personalised beauty advice.
• Managing salon bookings, appointments, and maintaining accurate client records.
• Supporting retail sales by recommending beauty products, treatment packages, and ongoing skincare solutions.
• Maintaining hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards throughout all treatment rooms and salon areas.
• Working collaboratively with the team at Mystical Beauty & Brow to ensure smooth daily salon operations.
• Staying updated with current beauty trends, treatments, and industry techniques.

About You

The successful candidate will possess:

• Relevant Beauty Therapy qualification.
• Previous experience in beauty therapy or salon services preferred.
• Strong skills in waxing, threading, tinting, eyelash extensions, lash lifts, and facials.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Friendly, professional, and confident approach.
• Strong attention to detail and passion for beauty services.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced salon environment.
• Flexible availability including weekends and late trading hours if required.
