The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out vehicle servicing, diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance work in accordance with manufacturer and workplace standards.
Competitive salary package of $77,000 – $85,000 plus super

Detect and diagnose mechanical and electrical faults in engines and vehicle components
Repair and replace worn or defective parts and reassemble mechanical components
Perform scheduled servicing and maintenance on a wide range of vehicles
Test and adjust mechanical parts after repairs to ensure proper performance
Carry out brake, steering, suspension, transmission, and engine repairs
Use diagnostic equipment and specialised tools to identify faults
Maintain accurate service records and report findings to management
Ensure all work is completed in compliance with safety and quality standards
Inspect vehicles and issue recommendations for additional repairs where required
Work collaboratively with the workshop team to achieve operational targets
Relevant automotive qualification
Minimum 1–3 years of local Australian automotive workshop experience required
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and within a team environment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Good communication and customer service skills
