Position- WALL AND FLOOR TILER

ADVANCED CORPORATION PTY LTD is seeking a qualified and reliable Wall and Floor Tiler to join its construction team for their projects in Bunbury, Geraldton, Esperance, Broome in Western Australia on a full-time basis. The business operates through building brands including WA Building Solutions and E-Homes WA and undertakes residential and construction-related projects in Western Australia.

This is a genuine full-time position with ongoing work for the right candidate. The salary for the role is $80,000 plus superannuation.

Duties and responsibilities

• Carry out wall and floor tiling work across residential and commercial construction projects in regional Western Australia.
• Work from project plans, site instructions, and measurements provided by supervisors or project managers.
• Prepare surfaces for tiling, including checking levels, correcting minor surface issues, and ensuring areas are ready for installation.
• Install tiles neatly and accurately to meet project specifications and the company’s quality standards.
• Cut, fit, and finish tiles around corners, edges, fittings, and fixtures as required on site.
• Complete grouting, sealing, cleaning, and finishing work to a professional standard.
• Work safely with other trades on active building sites and follow all workplace health and safety procedures.
• Assist with tiling-related repair or replacement work on renovation and fit-out projects where needed.

Skills and experience required

• Relevant wall and floor tiling trade qualification or comparable field experience.
• Demonstrate at least 1 year of expertise in the trade.
• Ability to work across regional and remote project locations in Western Australia.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship.
• Ability to follow project directions, meet deadlines, and work as part of a team.
• Hold or be willing to obtain a White Card (full support provided for overseas hires).
