Key Responsibilities:

As a Painter with us, your duties will include:

· Preparing surfaces by removing old paint, filling holes, sanding, and cleaning materials to ensure quality application.

· Applying protective and decorative coatings to timber, metal, masonry, and other fencing materials using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment.

· Mixing and matching paints, stains, and varnishes to required colour and texture specifications.

· Applying primers, undercoats, and finishing coats in both commercial and residential outdoor settings.

· Erecting scaffolding and ladders safely to access high areas as needed.

· Assisting with the maintenance and restoration of painted surfaces and outdoor structures.

· Ensuring compliance with health and safety practices and proper disposal of paint-related materials.

· Collaborating with our fencing team to ensure painting integrates seamlessly with completed installations.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will have:

· Certificate III in Painting and Decoration

· Minimum 1 years full time work experience required

· Familiarity with working on residential or commercial interior and exterior painting

· Strong attention to detail and ability to work unsupervised or as part of a team.

· Good physical condition and comfort working outdoors in various conditions.

· A valid driver's licence and reliable transport.
