Our client is a well established residential builder that has been operating in South East Qld for over 40 years.  With a reputation for producing innovative and stylish homes, they have become a leader in Residential Construction targeted at 2nd-4th home buyers.

About the Position

Currently an opportunity exists for a Sales Consultant to join their team in a Display centre in a Central Brisbane based brand new display home!

You will be responsible for responding to all client enquiry through the display and through other referral networks, managing the sales process and producing contracts and tenders. 

Skills and Experience 

To be considered you must demonstrate the following:

• Strong sales experience - consumer, retail or business to business as a top performer

• Excellent presentation and communication

• Self motivated and driven

• High performer in New Home Sales advantageous however not essential

• Experience or exposure to the building industry advantageous although not essential

• Weekend work is essential in this role
