Yatta Homes is a Perth residential new home brokerage. We help everyday Australians build their first or next home by guiding them through land, finance, builder selection and design from start to finish. We are growing, and we are looking for our next group of new home sales consultants.

We want to hear from you whether you are an experienced sales professional ready to earn more with better support, or someone new to sales with the right attitude and the drive to learn. If you have sold before, we will give you the leads, builder partnerships and systems to hit the ground running. If you are new, we will train you from the ground up. Either way, you bring the hunger and the hours.

A Range That Sells Itself When you sell for Yatta, you are not stuck pushing one product. You have a complete range to match any client who walks in the door. We have one of the most affordable first home buyer ranges in the industry, so price-conscious buyers say yes. We have the best double storey range in WA for clients who want more. We offer the quickest build times and the best prices in the market. And we build on any site, including infill blocks, developments and subdivisions. Whatever your client needs, you have a home and a builder to suit, which means more clients you can close and more commission you can earn.

This is a full-time, office-based role at our Subiaco office. It is not a work-from-home position. Success in new home sales comes from putting in the hours, being in the room with your team, and being available when clients want to meet. If you are looking for flexible or remote work, this is not the role for you.

What You'll Be Doing

• Meeting clients who want to build a new home and guiding them through the journey

• Helping people understand land, finance and the building process in simple terms

• Matching clients with our exclusive builder partners and the right house design for them

• Following our structured sales process to take a client from first enquiry to signed contract

• A full two-week training cadetship before you start, run daily from our Subiaco office

The Pay: Commission Only This is a commission-only role. There is no base salary and no retainer. You earn high, uncapped commissions on every home you sell. The harder you work and the better you get, the more you earn. This suits driven people who back themselves and want to be rewarded for performance, not just for showing up. Experienced consultants who already know how to close can earn strongly from the outset.

Because this is commission only, your first commission can take time to come through as building deals move through several stages. You will need to be financially prepared for a ramp-up period in your early months. We are completely upfront about this so you can decide if it is the right fit for you before you apply.

Who We're Looking For

• Comfortable with a commission-only income and no base salary

• Experienced sales consultants, or newcomers with the right attitude and drive

• Driven, coachable and hungry to earn

• Great with people and a natural communicator

• Willing to put in the hours in an office-based, full-time role

• Disciplined and willing to follow a proven process

• Reliable transport and a current WA driver's licence
