Renown Group Pty Ltd t/a Vodafone Wendouree is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven ICT Sales Representative to join its growing telecommunications business in Wendouree, Victoria. The successful candidate will play a key role in promoting and selling telecommunications products, mobile devices, plans, internet services, and ICT solutions while building strong relationships with customers and contributing to business growth.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Identifying and generating sales opportunities for telecommunications and ICT products and services.
Promoting, marketing, and selling mobile phones, accessories, broadband services, telecommunications plans, and related ICT solutions to new and existing customers.
Consulting with customers to determine their business and personal telecommunications requirements and recommending suitable products and services.
Developing and maintaining strong client relationships to secure repeat business and maximise customer retention.
Preparing and presenting sales proposals, quotations, contracts, and service agreements.
Negotiating pricing, service terms, and sales arrangements with customers within company guidelines.
Explaining technical specifications, product features, and service benefits to customers in a clear and professional manner.
Monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities.
Maintaining accurate customer records, sales reports, and activity documentation.
Coordinating with technical support teams, suppliers, and service providers to ensure effective product delivery and customer satisfaction.
Achieving individual and team sales targets while maintaining a high standard of customer service.
Following up with customers after sales to ensure satisfaction and identify further sales opportunities.

Skills and Experience Required

AQF Diploma or higher qualification in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or a related field.
At least one year of relevant experience in ICT, telecommunications, technology sales, or a related customer-facing sales environment.
Strong knowledge of mobile telecommunications products, internet services, ICT solutions, and digital technologies.
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate ICT products and services.
Strong customer relationship management and business development skills.
Ability to meet sales targets and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Sound computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Salary and Benefits

Salary: $80,000 per annum plus superannuation.
