Duties and tasks

1.         Identifying and reaching out to prospective schools and educational institutions to establish potential partnership opportunities.

2.         Building and maintaining strong, ongoing relationships with school partners, acting as the primary point of contact.

3.         Coordinating and ensuring smooth communication between the company and educational partners.

4.         Analyzing the needs and requirements of schools to propose suitable products, services, or solutions.

5.         Conducting regular visits or virtual meetings with educational partners to strengthen partnerships and address any needs or concerns.

6.         Identifying and addressing any issues or challenges faced by educational partners in a timely manner.

7.         Monitoring the satisfaction of educational partners and reporting any feedback or areas for improvement to relevant teams.

8.         Creating and negotiating agreements, contracts, and partnership terms with schools and providers, ensuring mutual benefit.

9.         Updating and maintaining records of all school partnerships, communications, and ongoing agreements.

10.       Tracking developments in the education sector and competitor activities to stay informed of potential opportunities or risks.

11.       Managing the coordination of logistics, such as the delivery of educational materials or services, ensuring smooth execution.

12.       Assisting with the onboarding of new school partners and ensuring they receive the necessary support.

13.       Collaborating with internal teams to ensure the effective fulfillment of the needs of school partners.
