The Sales Representative (Business Services) is responsible for promoting and selling CorePath’s labour hire, recruitment, and workforce solutions to businesses operating within the mining, renewable energy, and resources sectors across Australia.
The role focuses on business development, client acquisition, commercial relationship management, and negotiation of workforce supply agreements. The position plays a key role in supporting CorePath’s commercial growth and ongoing expansion within the national labour hire and recruitment market.
The Sales Representative (Business Services) reports directly to the Director and works closely with operational and recruitment personnel to support client service delivery and commercial growth initiatives.

• Promote CorePath’s labour hire, recruitment, and workforce solutions to prospective clients
• Develop and manage client pipelines, including lead generation and market research activities
• Build and maintain strong commercial relationships with existing and prospective clients
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and service consultations
• Prepare quotations, service proposals, capability statements, and commercial documentation
• Negotiate workforce supply agreements, pricing structures, and service arrangements
• Coordinate with operational teams to ensure workforce requirements are delivered effectively
• Monitor market trends, project activity, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities
• Maintain CRM systems, sales records, and business development reporting
• Represent the company at industry events, stakeholder meetings, and networking engagements
• Meet sales performance targets, revenue objectives, and client acquisition goals
• Provide strategic input to management regarding business development opportunities and market conditions
Skills and Experience Required
• Demonstrated experience in business-to-business sales or business development
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
• Experience preparing proposals, service agreements, and commercial documentation
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple client relationships
• Strong organisational and reporting capabilities
• Experience within labour hire, recruitment, workforce solutions, or related business services environments highly regarded
Qualifications
• Relevant qualification in Business, Sales, Marketing, Management, or related discipline preferred
• Relevant industry experience may substitute for formal qualifications where appropriate
