As a Technical Sales Representative for our leading company, specialising in mobile device sales and repairs services, you will be at the forefront of our expansion with deep understanding of our products and services offerings including mobile, iPad, smartphones, tablets, computers devices repairs and sales. This role demands a dynamic individual with a strong technical background in mobile devices, with a combination of exceptional sales and marketing skills. You will be responsible for developing marketing materials, conducting competitor research, building relationships, and optimising our online presence to promote the features and benefits of mobile device products and services.
Marketing Strategy and Campaign Development:
Develop a deep understanding of our products, implement comprehensive marketing
strategies and campaigns to promote products and services offerings including mobile
devices, computers, and iPads, as well as repair services.
Create engaging marketing materials, including brochures, presentations and digital
content to effectively communicate the value proposition to potential clients.
Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure the seamless execution of
marketing initiatives.
Negotiate terms and close sales agreements to achieve sales targets and revenue
objectives.
Competitor Research and Analysis:
Conduct thorough competitor research to identify strengths, weaknesses and
opportunities for differentiation.
Analyse and stay updated in industry trends and customer preferences to identify
opportunities for brand positioning, market expansion and customer acquisition.
Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on competitive
analysis.
Relationship Building:
Proactively identify sales opportunities and generate leads through networking and
prospecting.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to foster loyalty
and repeat business.
Work closely with clients, partners and vendors to understand their needs and
expectations, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Digital Marketing Optimisation:
Execute digital marketing campaigns to promote the product and services features and
benefits to customers, highlighting key selling points and value propositions.
Create and manage digital materials, including website content, social media posts and
email campaigns.
Optimise the company's online presence to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
Track sales performances metrics and provide regular reports to management on sales
activities, pipeline status and revenue forecasts.
Event Planning:
Plan and coordinate events to showcase our mobile products, including industry
conferences, trade shows and customer appreciation events.
Collaborate with the events team to ensure seamless execution and maximise opportunities
for networking and customer acquisition.
Suitable certification or relevant experience
At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar environment.
