We’re on the lookout for passionate and driven Full-Time Store Managers & Assistant Store Manager to lead our team at Tea Republic. This role is more than just running a store – you’ll be the face of our brand, a hands-on leader and a key driver for our tea loving community .

As a Store Manager, you’ll take ownership of daily operations, lead and inspire a high-performing team, and deliver an outstanding customer experience every time. You’ll work closely with Operation Manager to uphold the Tea Republic standard of excellence in service, store presentation and team culture – all while keeping things fresh, fun and fast-paced.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily store operations including team management, inventory control and service standard
Lead and inspire a high-performing team through hands-on support, training and development
Deliver an exceptional customer experience that reflects Tea Republic’s brand values
Ensure Store presentation, merchandising and hygiene meet company and safety standards
Drive sales and profitability by analysing performance, trends and team KPIs
Foster a positive, collaborative work culture through communication, engagement and support.

What We’re Looking for

2+ years of leadership experience ideally in F&B or hospitality
Be available on a Full-Time Basis, including weekends and public holidays
Proven ability to motivate and lead a team effectively in a fast-pace environment
Energetic, detail-orientated and passionate about delivering excellent customer service
Strong skills in analysing sales performance, team management and driving strategic success
Fluency in a second language is a plus
