  • Identify process improvements to reduce waste and streamline procurement and warehousing workflows.
  • Assist in negotiating freight/vendor contracts by providing detailed cost-to-serve analysis.
  • Report and coordinate to resolve day-to-day supply chain bottlenecks, shipping delays, and inventory discrepancies.
  • Monitor and analyse end-to-end supply chain operations, from procurement planning and Purchase Order (PO) management through to supplier performance and final delivery outcomes, to improve supply continuity, cost efficiency, and operational performance.
  • Coordinate with freight forwarders, transport providers, and warehouse teams to identify and resolve issues and ensure timely shipments.
  • Analyse accurate inventory, pricing, and product data within the company’s reporting systems to optimise supply chain planning, procurement, and stock control outcomes

  • Communication: Exceptional stakeholder management skills to liaise with vendors, local Brisbane warehouses, and internal teams.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a high-pressure environment.

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary package with annual performance reviews.
  • Career growth and professional development opportunities.
