• Determine product range, inventory levels, and customer service standards in line with business objectives and market demand.
• Develop and implement purchasing, pricing, and marketing strategies to support business growth and profitability.
• Promote and market the business’s products and services through appropriate advertising and customer engagement activities.
• Provide sales assistance to customers, including advice regarding product features, suitability, and usage.
• Maintain accurate records relating to inventory, stock movement, sales performance, and financial transactions.
• Prepare and manage budgets, monitor expenditure, and support financial performance targets.
• Oversee recruitment, induction, training, rostering, and supervision of staff members.
• Ensure the workplace complies with all applicable Work Health and Safety (WHS) legislation, policies, and procedures.

Qualification & experience

AQF Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma (ANZSCO Skill Level 2)

• Minimum 1.5 years’ experience in pharmacy, retail management, multi-site operations, or business development.
• Previous experience leading teams across multiple locations in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Strong leadership and people management capabilities with the ability to motivate and influence others.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Strong commercial awareness and analytical skills with a results-driven mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills across multiple stakeholder groups.
• Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively within a broader leadership team.
• Confidence in coaching, mentoring, and supporting team development.
• Adaptability and resilience within a dynamic and evolving business environment.
